Stephen Siercks is the senior director of entertainment production and an executive producer at Universal Studios Hollywood. He has transformed the link between fandom and immersive entertainment through his leadership as executive producer of the inaugural Universal Fan Fest Nights.

Under his leadership, Fan Fest Nights became a vibrant celebration of pop culture, community, and experiential storytelling, establishing a new standard for themed entertainment events.

Siercks's approach was both strategic and highly creative. He crafted a multi-layered experience that smoothly integrated live entertainment, interactive zones, and content driven by fans.
