Connect&GO collaborates with Ready Credit to offer industry-first integration

News

Connect&GO, a leading global provider of integrated technology and RFID solutions for the attractions industry, has collaborated with Ready Credit, a renowned innovator and market leader in cashless payment solutions.

This strategic partnership will facilitate an industry-first integration offering a fully automated way for visitors to transfer cash into their digital wallets or RFID wristbands. Its unique functionality enables visitors to transfer any unspent balance onto an open-loop, payment network branded prepaid debit card upon exiting the attraction.

This advanced technology does not require human intervention, resulting in a seamless guest experience and increased productivity for operators in theme parks, zoos, aquariums, and museums.

Enhancing operations & experiences

As the attractions sector moves ever more towards cashless operations, this partnership enables venues to provide a fully digital, self-service experience for visitors. Ready Credit’s innovative payment technology is seamlessly integrated with Connect&GO’s platform and cashless solution, allowing visitors to transfer cash to their digital wallet or RFID wristband at kiosks across the attraction.

This solution offers visitors the option to convert any remaining balance on their wristband to a payment network-branded prepaid debit card. They can then take their unused balance with them outside of the attraction, providing maximum flexibility and enhancing the visitor experience.

Dominic Gagnon, CEO & co-founder of Connect&GO, says: “We are thrilled to team up with Ready Credit to deliver an end-to-end cashless solution that not only enhances guest convenience but also drives operational efficiencies for our clients. This integration takes our integrated offer to the next level, allowing guests to easily manage their funds and enjoy a completely seamless experience.”

The two organisations’ shared aim is to simplify operations for venues and provide a seamless experience for visitors. This approach eliminates the need for guests to wait in line to redeem or refund outstanding balances, significantly decreasing friction and increasing time spent enjoying the attraction.

Brian Hedberg, CEO of Ready Credit, says: “We are excited to collaborate with Connect&GO to enhance our already innovative cashless payment solutions for the attractions industry. Our combined technologies offer a new level of convenience that enhances the guest experience, enabling operators to streamline their payment systems while meeting the growing demand for cashless transactions.”

The formation of this strategic partnership reflects a wider vision to advance the attractions sector. As they continue to innovate in their own domains, Connect&GO and Ready Credit are dedicated to exploring further possibilities for development and expansion by combining their complementary strengths to provide the market with enhanced solutions.
