Embed celebrates International Bowl Expo 2022 success

The announcement of EVENTS will help to increase attendance for organised leisure and entertainment

Embed, a leading worldwide supplier of point-of-sale and revenue management systems, recently unveiled an industry-first innovation at the International Bowl Expo in Nevada, US.

Taking place from 29-30 June, the pioneer used the Las Vegas event to launch EVENTS, the industry’s first publishing-to-payment platform for events marketing.

Created in partnership with ECAL, a leading specialist in events and calendar marketing platforms, EVENTS automatically syncs activities hosted by venues to customers’ online calendars. The feature is designed to drive more revenue, improve interest, and deliver conversion for events.

EVENTS is the latest software solution to feature in Embed’s TOOLKIT suite, an integrated solution that combines all business touchpoints for leisure and attraction managers.

Embed CEO Renee Welsh says: “We are thrilled to have launched this industry-first at Bowl Expo and share it with our customers and prospects. With its ‘Sync to Calendar’ technology, EVENTS will make all the difference to how FECs can now manage their events and promotions and see visible results like increased event awareness, higher booking and ticketing rates, and more marketing engagement. We are also giving away a free EVENTS creative toolkit to subscribers, designed to drive uptake and adoption to end-users.”

Event highlights

Embed colleagues also held free demos of other products at International Bowl Expo including the award-winning Mobile Wallet, KIOSK+, Breakaway Game Card and smartTOUCH arcade debit game card readers.

Showing the firm’s commitment to lasting care and support, its team engaged current customers with free Embed 101 training, sharing tips and advice to help maximize the full capabilities of their clients’ current Embed systems.

The team hosted Happy Hour events each day, allowing trade show attendees and industry partners to connect over food and drink.

A popular ‘Bling Bar’ was also on hand to showcase Embed’s full range of RFID wearable media and game cards, providing tradeshow goers with freebies that are suitable for testing with their own Embed system.

Embed IAAPA Expo Europe 22 Save the Date

The Embed team is preparing for its upcoming appearance at IAAPA Expo Europe, which takes place in London, United Kingdom this year. The firm will be exhibiting its range of innovative products from 13-15 September 2022. Appointments can be booked in advance on the Embed website.

Embed has also been celebrating its successful attendance at SEA Expo, held recently in the Middle East.
