Gateway Ticketing Systems, a leading provider of admission control systems, has revealed that it has been chosen to provide its Galaxy Guest Management and Ticketing System for Milwaukee County Zoo.
The Milwaukee County Zoo in Wisconsin, US, receives approximately 1.3 million visitors each year. It is accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums and cares for 3,000 animals from 350 different species across nearly 200 acres. In addition to the many animal exhibits, there is an animal health centre, an education centre, Heritage Farm, and Zoo Line.

The zoo’s request for proposal (RFP) sought competent offerors with extensive experience in the design, implementation, setup, and continuing support and maintenance of a best-in-class all-in-one SaaS Zoo Management System software solution.
