Visitors to Ireland’s largest flume – Viking Voyage at Tayto Park – can now take home memories of the moment the boat dropped, courtesy of Magic Memories.

Whether you’re a screamer or a smiler, a grinner or a grimacer, it’s always fun to see the face you make at a classic moment on a ride.

Magic Memories has been capturing those iconic moments around the world since 1995. The company is the global leader in catching, creating and sharing photographic memories.

The Viking Voyage is Ireland’s largest flume. It dives through Viking history, transporting riders from an ancient Viking settlement to Celtic Ireland. The settings are majestic with a replica monastery, round towers and ring forts – built using methods from the Viking age for true authenticity.

Every scream and smile can now be caught and riders can buy personalised digital personalised photo products that are delivered in real time.

“Our launch at The Viking Voyage is a continuation of our partnership,” says Ben Thomas, Regional CEO, EME at Magic Memories. “We are delighted to support their growth plans as we do with all our progressive partners. We are very proud to extend the Magic Memories platform further and deeper into Tayto Park as they continue to develop world-class attractions that surprise and delight guests.”

Tayto Park is clearly thrilled with the partnership. “Magic Memories have delivered us a state-of- the art ride photo capture system for our amazing New Super Flume ride, The Viking Voyage,” says Charles Coyle, General Manager of Tayto Park. “The ride marks a major step forward for Tayto Park as the largest water ride in Ireland. The captured photos show not only how impressive the ride is, but also the enjoyment our guests have on The Viking Voyage.”
