Flying theatres and dome technology will be explored at the Middle East event

project:syntropy, creator of technology and display solutions for dome cinemas and immersive attractions, has announced it will be exhibiting at a major trade show in the Middle East.

The technology company will be present at Saudi Entertainment Amusement (SEA) Expo in Saudi Arabia, showcasing a range of its dome attraction projects. It has over two decades of visual solutions experience, offering turnkey products for companies around the world.

The firm offers professional flight simulation experiences to amusement parks, museums and science centres, enabling venues to offer high-quality flight simulations for entertainment and education.

Immersive entertainment

project: syntropy is known in the industry for its comprehensive dome attractions, including its Fulldome, Bigscreen projection systems and digital planetarium products. It also has a range of VR, AR and mixed reality experiences on offer, alongside media-based attractions such as dark rides, flying theatres, and interactive location-based entertainment installations.

A company representative says: “We merge innovative interactive concepts with immersive technologies for creation, visualisation and representation of digital virtual contents in interactive learning, information and entertainment environments.

“We develop user-friendly and intuitive solutions and attractions for simulation and training, entertainment, communication and entertainment as well as for events, expos, art and culture.”

The company’s team also specialises in media facades, sculptures and show control, assisting with AV media technology development and integration.

SEA takes place on 16-18 May 2022 at Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Centre. Prospective attendees can find out more information and register on the event’s website.

Earlier this year, project:syntropy provided an inside view into its project at the Shanghai Urban Planning Exhibition Center, featuring a multi-level immersive 5D city model. The centre, located in People’s Square, is a barrier-free museum. The inclusive and family-friendly venue targets broad interest groups including educational groups, professional visitors and the wider public.
