ROLLER joins Amazon Web Services Partner Network

ROLLER Amazon AWS partner

ROLLER, the ticketing, CRM and POS specialist, has joined the Amazon Web Services Partner Network as a Select Tier Technology Partner.

ROLLER is pleased to announce that it has now joined the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Partner Network (APN) as a Select Tier Technology Partner. The APN is a worldwide partnership programme, allowing technology and consulting companies to use AWS to create solutions and services for clients.

This announcement means that ROLLER will now have access to technical support, in order to continue building successful, customer-focused products. Despite the current situation with the global coronavirus pandemic, the company is working hard to progress its cloud technology so that it can deliver better results for its clients, and the industry as a whole.

Amazon Web Services

ROLLER is built on AWS, meaning that its customers can benefit from cutting-edge digital products and technologies. The company’s solutions allow its clients to operate securely and safely across the globe.

Many of ROLLER’s existing clients are already enjoying the results of this multi-venue set-up across different regions. For example, Scenic World in Australia, AirHop in Europe, Chipmunks in Asia-Pacific, and Adventure AirSports in the United States.

One satisfied customer is Kerri Spence, Co-owner and Founder of Chipmunks. This popular indoor playground operator has almost 50 locations across New Zealand, Australia, and Indonesia. Spence says that cloud accessibility is key for her company:

“The cloud accessibility is critical to our business. We log into our franchisee’s portal and upload promos for them. We can see figures, sales, and store turnovers from anywhere we desire.”

Reliable software

AirHop, a trampoline park operator with centres both in Germany and the UK, also uses ROLLER’s solutions. Tim McClure is AirHop’s Group Financial Controller. He says, “A key reason why we moved to ROLLER was that it is a mature and stable software partner. ROLLER could do what we needed out-of-the-box. It meant we could deliver on our vision to the market without having to compromise or wait for the software to catch up.”

“We are delighted to become an AWS APN Select Tier Technology Partner in cloud and digital solutions,” says Luke Finn, ROLLER founder and CEO. “The collaboration with AWS allows us to create even more value for our customers by offering a scalable and secure option for online bookings, checkouts, and point-of-sale.

“We look forward to incorporating AWS’s vast knowledge and expertise to continue delivering best-in-class solutions and enhance the guest experience.”

Corrie Briscoe, Head of Partnerships and Alliances, Australia and New Zealand at Amazon Web Services says, “We’re thrilled to have ROLLER as part of our APN. They are known for delivering highly reliable and scalable solutions that help customers transform the way they work. Their enrolment in the APN further enhances their digital and cloud capabilities to deliver industry-leading solutions.”

ROLLER also works with Skyline Enterprises. This New Zealand owned leisure and entertainment business uses ROLLER’s all-in-one technology platform to manage its International Luge operations.
