Semnox Solutions, a provider of technology for the entertainment and amusement industry, has announced Hemant Rao will take on the role of associate vice president of operations for the Americas. In his new position on the company’s executive team, Rao will oversee operations across the Americas region.
Rao has extensive expertise in enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management technologies, cloud computing, and programme management at scale, as well as over two decades of significant experience in information technology and management.
His engineering background and proficiency with digital transformation initiatives have resulted in successful implementations for clients across a range of industries, including public services and retail. His substantial contribution to UNDP programmes is especially noteworthy, demonstrating his dedication to generating meaningful corporate value.
A proven track record

Hemant previously led digital transformation projects at Infosys, where he was an industry principal and programme manager and an expert in Oracle Cloud, Salesforce, Oracle eBusiness Suite, and automation for retail and public service accounts. His ability to lead intricate, multidisciplinary teams and guarantee client satisfaction has made him a reputable project manager for work of the highest quality.
Earlier this month, Semnox Solutions announced a new strategic alliance with Kount, an Equifax Company, one of the top suppliers of safety and trust solutions. The partnership aims to strengthen security protocols and improve the customer experience on Semnox’s current platform.
The firm also recently revealed that it is collaborating with GameZone, a family entertainment centre (FEC) with operations in Quito and Manta, Ecuador. The firm’s state-of-the-art technology supports the continued development of GameZone’s creative approach to entertainment.
