Semnox Solutions, a provider of technology for the entertainment and amusement industry, has announced that Sprinkles Play, a cutting-edge family entertainment centre (FEC) in the United Arab Emirates, has become a client.
The FEC covers a vast 16,000 square foot area in Al Murad Mall, Ajman. Its cutting-edge facility includes a variety of fun attractions, such as a trampoline park, arcade, virtual reality games, and soft play, designed to appeal to families of all ages.
Tap-to-play functionality
Visitors can easily access these attractions using RFID wristbands or cards for “tap-to-play” capability thanks to the Semnox Parafait suite’s integration into the FEC’s arcade management and its other products. This eliminates the need for tokens and cash transactions.
The arcade features over 40 brand-new games, including shooters, racing, interactive, and redemption games, as well as unusual virtual reality simulators. All accept payments using Semnox Lumin OS readers.

Upcoming SmartFun app
The Semnox Parafait suite of solutions also includes extensive F&B management, ensuring that customers have easy and quick ways to order and pay for food.
Additionally, a branded SmartFun App will soon be available for users to make purchases, check balances, and take advantage of discounts. This app will also include built-in data reporting to assist business owners in making quick and informed decisions.
The suite also features an integrated waiver management system that offers a fast and straightforward check-in procedure, enabling visitors to quickly start having fun.
