Vivaticket, a leading ticketing and access control solution provider, has announced a partnership with Nuvei, the Canadian fintech firm. As part of this agreement, Nuvei will deliver local acquiring and authorisation optimisation services to improve Vivaticket’s global card payment processing and create a seamless checkout experience tailored to customers’ preferences, whether they are at home or abroad.
The partnership will start in Italy, with plans to expand into additional international markets.
Vivaticket selected Nuvei not only for its capability to enhance global customer connections through a unified payment interface with its core platform, but also for its technological flexibility, developer-centric APIs, and modular architecture. Additionally, Nuvei’s personalised customer service and active support were decisive factors in establishing this partnership.
