Brit Brennan is the director of talent development at Universal Orlando Resort. She is a driven and organised hospitality executive, with a wealth of experience in leadership, live production, and events for a number of world-renowned companies, across approximately 30 countries around the world. she has worked with teams of up to 750, and budgets of up to $65 million. Brennan took on her current role in August 2022 and is responsible for leading the training, development and onboarding teams for Universal Orlando Resort. She also founded Hawkmoon Creative in 2020, an entertainment company that creates immersive experiences, themed entertainment and live entertainment.
Prior to this, Brennan was vice president of entertainment at Knott’s Berry Farm, where she led a dynamic and diverse entertainment team. She has also worked for Universal Creative as a creative producer, for the Blue Man Group as a senior operators manager and as a production house manager for the Walt Disney Grand Theatre at Shanghai Disney Resort. In addition, she spent 13 years working in operations at Walt Disney World and five years in tour production for Cirque du Soleil, allowing her to travel the world and hone her skills.
Brennan holds a BA in Theatre Production from the University of Pittsburgh as well as a Hospitality and Tourism Management Certificate from Florida Atlantic University.
