As head of attractions and live experiences at Aardman, Ngaio Harding-Hill is responsible for the strategic development and management of a portfolio of global attractions, exhibitions and live events. She has helped establish Shaun the Sheep as a force in global branded family entertainment with an expanding location-based entertainment business. This continues to grow the reach of Aardman’s film and TV properties.
Under her leadership, Aardman has expanded its portfolio, opening new attractions in the UK, Japan, Sweden and Australia, as well as international touring exhibitions, global touring stage shows, and a programme of live events in Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Japan, China and Australia.
After completing a degree in international development, Harding-Hill worked in magazine publishing, advertising and the design industry. She later joined Aardman’s broadcast and development department, and then moved to the company’s rights and brand development division to manage Aardman’s event and attractions portfolio.
At the 2023 IAAPA Expo Asia in Singapore, Aardman unveiled a new attraction concept. “From Shaun the Sheep to Wallace and Gromit, our characters are globally recognised and beloved. The opportunity to bring our fans closer to their favourite IPs is what we want to achieve with this visitor attraction,” said Harding-Hill.
