Assetnest, a centralised asset management system designed by asset managers for asset managers, will be exhibiting at this year’s IAAPA Expo Europe, which takes place from 12 – 15 September at London’s ExCeL.
Assetnest’s platform has had influence from infrastructure, leisure, attractions, buildings, energy and manufacturing in its creation, and its CEO, Edward Hiskins, has more than a decade of experience in digital asset management. The firm invites all users to offer suggestions and enhancements, in order to create a total digital solution.

At this year’s show, the company will be partnering once more with the previous technical director of Blackpool Pleasure Beach, industry consultant Alex Payne.
Payne is a trusted director within the theme park industry and is passionate about putting safety first in order to keep customers safe and attractions compliant. With his expertise in development and experience in carrying out peer review ride inspections and maintenance systems, his knowledge of the development of annual inspections and non-destructive testing schedules have been key to the development of the Asstenest asset management system.
He adds value to Assetnest thanks to his more than twenty-seven years of world-class front-line experience in all aspects of the whole-life cycle of amusement devices. Payne has brought his expertise to bear in all aspects of the new system as the firm has developed and designed the software to incorporate safety, operations and compliance in all attractions.
The team invites attendees at IAAPA Expo Europe to meet Payne and Assetnest at booth #2831, where they can enjoy coffee and chocolate while finding out more about the innovative new solution. Attendees can also book a meeting ahead of the show with Justine Shepherd, MD, or Edward Hiskins, CEO, by email.
Assetnest was created by Pole Star EAM, a leader in asset management since 2011. The app is a product of years worth of research and development, working with a variety of clients, agencies, corporations and family-owned businesses. Assetnest allows operators to centralise all their asset information in one place to share with colleagues, contractors and third parties, giving access to the right people when they need it.
