Attractions.io, leading creator of mobile visitor apps, has created a new mobile app for guests at Twinlakes Theme Park in the UK.

attractions.io twinlakesAttractions.io is pleased to announce that it has provided a new mobile app to help guests at Twinlakes Theme Park in Melton Mowbray, UK. This 100-acre attraction is a popular choice for families, with plenty of activities to keep young children happy. The new app makes it easy for visitors to plan their day out.

The mobile app includes an interactive map which allows guests to find their current location, as well as seeing which attractions and facilities are closest to them. The map is searchable and even offers a filter function so parents can discover rides that fit their children’s age. It also enables visitors to create a digital itinerary, so planning the day is a breeze.

Improving the visitor experience

In addition to this, the app also gives the park a way of communicating targeted messages and offers to its guests. Twinlakes is now able to get more information about guest satisfaction and tailor messages to visitors depending on their behaviour and location.

Thomas Mann, Marketing Executive at Twinlakes, says: “The Attractions.io platform has given us access to tools we didn’t think were available to an attraction of our size. Crucially, it allows us to compete with larger attractions both in terms of the visitor experience we offer and the data we have at our disposal.”

Mark Locker, Attractions.io CEO, says: “Twinlakes recognise that the young families who visit their attraction have new expectations. We’re proud to support attractions like Twinlakes by giving them access to the tools they need to not only meet these expectations but exceed them.”

Attractions.io also recently announced that has provided a brand new app for Twycross Zoo. Visitors will now be able to use interactive maps through the app, in order to prevent wasteful paper maps being printed.
