Falcon’s Creative Group, the immersive experience creator, has announced a partnership agreement with Orlando-based Katmandu Group.

Falcon’s Creative Group is pleased to have entered into a partnership agreement with Katmandu Group. The privately held company has operations in Mallorca and Tenerife, Spain, and has agreed to Falcon’s Creative Group producing a range of Katmandu branded attractions. This will begin with a new venue in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.

Falcon’s Licensing, which is a Falcon’s Creative Group company, is to work on two new attractions for the launch of the Dominican Republic’s first-ever theme park. The venture is expected to open towards the end of 2020 and will cater both to locals and tourists.

Enhanced guest experiences

The park will include the signature attraction, Quest for the Multiverse, updated and enhanced by Falcon’s storytelling expertise. Falcon’s Licensing will also debut a unique new product, the Suspended Theatre. This gives guests the opportunity to enjoy an exciting flying theatre experience.

The Suspended Theatre provides fun and adventure for the whole family, immersing them in a magical world. Several key features make this the perfect vessel for immersive storytelling, including Falcon’s patented Reveal Technology. The company will also be developing an innovative dark ride based on The Legend of Katmandu. This will bring cutting-edge technology and storytelling to the new venue.

Falcon’s Creative Group will also play a key role in enhancing all of the guest experiences at the new park. This will include 36 holes of Expedition Golf with highly themed aspects, set in a mountainous Nepalese landscape.

Something for everyone

Other features at the park will include several interactive rides and theatre-based attractions. It will also include a huge multi-storey ninja playground, where guests can challenge themselves with climbing nets and obstacle courses. In addition to this, there will be several food and beverage options, as well as a selection of nightlife.

“Katmandu Group is extremely excited about our relationship with Falcon’s Creative Group and proud to be working with such a talented group of individuals,” said Dan Jensen, President of Katmandu Group.

Falcon’s Creative Group also recently announced its own podcast. The Experience Imagination podcast explores the latest trends, theories, and technologies in themed entertainment.
