Ferrari World Abu Dhabi is launching new state-of-the-art attractions this year, including a family-friendly zone, as well as zip line and roof walk experiences. The additions are part of the attraction’s 10th anniversary in 2020.

The rides and experiences will arrive ahead of Ferrari World Abu Dhabi’s 10th anniversary celebrations in November 2020.

The theme park on Yas Island is home to 37 rides and attractions. These include the fastest coaster in the world (Formula Rossa) and a dynamic coaster with one of the world’s tallest loops (Flying Aces).

“2020 is already shaping up to be a big year for the park with the much-anticipated countdown to our 10-year anniversary celebrations this November,” said Bianca Sammut, general manager of Ferrari World.

Family Zone, dedicated to families and young guests, is scheduled to open in March, while Roof Walk and Zip Line experiences will launch later in 2020.

The design of Family Zone features a track with twists and turns. The area will boast miniature versions of Ferrari World’s most iconic rides.

These include Turbo Tower, Speedway Race, Flying Wings and Formula Rossa Junior.

In addition, for the first time in Ferrari World’s history, guests will get the chance to scale the iconic red roof and enjoy a zip line trip. Both experiences will be separately ticketed.

“It brings me great pride to welcome family attractions and new experiences that continue to provide entertainment for our guests,” added Sammut.

“We have also introduced a new kids menu at our award-winning Italian restaurant, Mamma Rossella that is sure to fire up the appetite of our younger guests.

“We put guest experience at the heart of everything we do and make it a priority to continuously elevate the offerings we deliver for both residents and tourists in the UAE.”
