The state-wide awards program aims to recognize those employers who benefit Pennsylvania’s economy and workforce by creating the best working environment.  The evaluation process has two parts.  The first counts for 25% of the evaluation and is a review of the nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophies, systems and demographics.  The second part, worth 75%, is an employee survey.  The final rankings will be revealed at a ceremony on November 29, at the Lancaster County Convention Center in Lancaster, PA..
