IAAPA, the global association for the attractions industry, has opened registrations for this year’s IAAPA Expo, the leading event for the attractions industry worldwide. The 2023 event is taking place 13-17 November, at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.
The IAAPA Expo is the world’s biggest conference for amusement park and attractions professionals. It brings together industry leaders, innovators, and specialists for four days of networking, education, and discovery. The programme focuses on the most recent trends, ideas, and technologies that are defining the future of the attractions sector.

Specialised tradeshow pavilions
Almost 1,120 exhibitors will be showing on the sold-out trade floor. These organisations will share cutting-edge developments from the worldwide attractions industry, with exhibitors from 38 countries and regions. The tradeshow floor will take place across nine pavilions which will make the event easy to navigate.
The pavilions will focus on family entertainment, F&B, games and arcades, inflatables, operational services, outdoor exhibitors, rides and equipment, show production and design, and water parks.
Extensive education programme
Delegates can also take advantage of an extensive education programme, where they can join specialists for sessions on themes that include visitor experience, marcomms, safety and security, and technology – to name just a few.

IAAPA recently shared details of its new Pre-Approved Provider Program, which develops links between educational providers and the attractions sector. The program will support ongoing training and development opportunities for professionals working in this field and will create a user-friendly database of high-quality courses.
