IAAPA Expo Europe 2018 trade show

Event set for 27 – 30 September 2021 in Barcelona

IAAPA, the global association for the attractions industry, has announced that registration is now open for IAAPA Expo Europe, which will take place at Fira Barcelona Gran Via in Barcelona, Spain, from 27 – 30 September 2021.

The event will operate with COVID health and safety protocols in place and will be an opportunity for attraction industry professionals to come together in person once more.

Bringing the industry together

“This past year has been unlike any other our industry, has ever encountered,” says IAAPA President and CEO Hal McEvoy. “Members have been looking to us to help them push forward so guests around the world can safely return to the fun we are known for. The best way we can do this is by bringing the industry together for our global Expos.

“No matter what stage of reopening, re-emerging, or recovery members are in, they will be able to find inspiration, solutions, and new connections in Barcelona.”

The event will take place across two halls at Fira Barcelona Gran Via and will allow attendees to network, learn and buy. The conference programme will help businesses navigate the process of recovering and reconnecting in the wake of the global pandemic. Meanwhile, the trade show will open on 28 September, and there will also be several special events and additional education programmes.

“The Fira Barcelona Gran Via is a great partner and they are working with us to ensure we have in place the right safety measures that meet current health guidelines. We also look so forward to bringing industry professionals to Barcelona and sharing some of the area’s famous destinations.”

Booth sales are still open for the event, and updated health and safety information is available on the IAAPA website. For more information and to register, please click here.
