Mobaro, a provider of online maintenance and safety solutions, presents RideOps, a new app that delivers live daily report logs, helping operators to comply with the required maintenance and preopening checks with an easy to use, paperless system,
This new app builds on Mobaro’s experience in ride safety and its proven track record of operating in more than 100 parks and attractions across the globe. The company believes that, given the fact that attractions teams are interconnected in many ways, direct communication is key to safe and efficient operations.
Presenting RideOps
“Today, we provide you with the assurance that the required routines such as maintenance and operations check and tasks are conducted by the right team members, at the right location and at the right time supported by procedures in the palm of your hand,” says David Bromilow, Director, Parks & Attraction at Mobaro.
This new additional functionality joins the existing functions within Mobaro’s maintenance, operations and safety system.
“I look forward to being able to show the industry our new app called RideOps. It will provide attractions with an on-ride, live daily report log in support of the preopening check processes making the entire process paperless and intelligent all in one platform,” says Bromilow.
Mobaro’s system helps operators to document and ensure rides are safe. Now, RideOps allows them to also record data like ridership, dispatch count, dispatch/cycle times, utilisation and queue times, within the company’s customisable reporting platform. This gives attractions a detailed view of their ride operations and supports them in making data-driven decisions.
RideOps is set to be released this spring.
Last year, Mobaro announced the launch of a new feature package, Advanced Compliance Management (ACM), to help attractions professionals safeguard quality in their safety, maintenance and operations processes. It was also chosen by Hersheypark to digitise the park’s safety, maintenance and operations routines.
