Disney Quest at Disney Springs is closing on July 3rd 2017 to make way for a brand new basketball-themed attraction - the NBA Experience.
The NBA Experience is the latest phase in the transformation of Disney Springs at Walt Disney World Resort.Disney Quest is currently an indoor theme park featuring classic arcade and virtual gaming. The facility will continue to run as normal until the closing date.
According to Disney Parks, The NBA Experience will be a one-of-a-kind basketball-themed experience that puts guests of all ages right in the heart of NBA game action. The new attraction promises immersive NBA video productions and hands-on, interactive experiences. There will also be a restaurant and a retail store.
Disney Springs, previously Downtown Disney, is undergoing a multi-year expansion programme. The NBA Experience will be part of over 150 shopping, dining and entertainment venues at the location.
