New site showcases the company’s innovative approach to the guest experience

Raven Sun Creative, the transformational experience firm, has announced the launch of its new online experience for clients and industry peers. The revamped website is live from today and showcases the company’s innovative approach to the experience industry, with case studies from some of the most iconic brands in the world.

This includes Raven Sun Creative’s work with famous organisations such as Hershey Entertainment and Resorts, Carnival Cruise Line, Evergrande Group and Lamborghini.

The future of the guest experience

In addition to the featured case studies, the website also presents a new blog that will explore how to push boundaries in the LBE business, with thought leadership articles on a variety of topics within the themes of experiential entertainment, cultural heritage, technology evolution, IP expansion, destination development and more.

Louis Alfieri, Principal & Chief Creative Officer at Raven Sun Creative, says that the website highlights the company’s brand and demonstrates the way it has developed and differentiated itself within the industry:

“As we approach ten years of industry leadership through Raven Sun Creative, we have our eye on the future of the guest experience, insisting that we not accept what is before us—that we rise up to do it better.  Together with our clients, we change guests’ lives through transformational human journeys.”

“Our goal: give our clients the power to transform themselves and their business into global leaders,” adds Alfieri. “Our new website represents a celebration of our deeply valued global relationships, and an opportunity to share  numerous examples of how our collaboration has yielded transformational results.”

Earlier this year, Alfieri attended an event at Ringling College of Art and Design, where he shared insights on the industry with students. In addition to this, he also participated in a new programme on theme park and attractions management at the International University of Languages and Media in Milan.
