Alejandro Moxey brings invaluable experience to the role

RocketRez, the all-in-one POS for tours and attractions, has welcomed Alejandro Moxey to the team as its new Senior Director of Business Development. He brings a wealth of experience with him to the new role, having worked with well-known travel brands such as Marriott Hotels and the Expedia Group, in various eCommerce and Account Management roles.

During this time Moxey gained valuable insights on the shift to digital in the travel sector. His most recent position was with Expedia, where he was leading Strategic Initiatives and Business Development.

Team continues to grow

“I am thrilled to be joining RocketRez during this time of rapid expansion,” Moxey commented. “Between a strong foundation built on solving customer problems and an innovative vision for the future of this industry, I believe this team has what it takes to become a transformative company in this space.”

RocketRez also recently completed a Series A raise, boosting new development projects and enabling it to hire new key team members. Moxey will now join the recently-hired Alan Puana, Vice President of Global Growth and Monica Marics as the company continues to expand globally.

“Alejandro is a perfect fit for RocketRez at this time,” says Chief Growth Officer, Joe Robinson. “His large network in Tourism, digital acumen and experience in multiple large global markets will prove invaluable to help us reach our strategic goals. We are delighted to welcome him to the team!”

Moxey will be based in Hawaii, where he will use his large network of travel and tourism contacts to boost the expansion of the company.

Earlier this month, RocketRez announced that it has worked with Reunion Tower in Dallas, Texas, to provide a new, more efficient photo solution for the popular observation deck. Thanks to the company’s RocketPhoto modular tools, visitors can now enjoy a streamlined digital buying process through on-site kiosks.
