Strategic Horizons LLP, the thinking studio founded by Joe Pine and Jim Gilmore, has announced the new edition of The Experience Economy will launch next month at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.
Strategic Horizons is dedicated to helping companies to add value to their economic offerings by focusing on the customer experience. The studio was founded by Joe Pine and Jim Gilmore, who pioneered the idea of the Experience Economy in the late 1990s. Now it has announced that it is releasing a brand new edition of Pine & Gilmore’s renowned book, The Experience Economy.
New content
Ahead of its official release in December, the new edition will be launched at a special premiere event, on the 13th November at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Pine and Gilmore will be hosting a day of activities to celebrate the re-release and its new content.
Experience practitioners and fans are invited to celebrate the book at LaunchFest, which will take place from 10 am to 4 pm at the much-loved venue in Cleveland, Ohio. The schedule of events will give attendees a sneak peek at Pine and Gilmore’s latest ideas, as well as exploring the three most important factors in today’s experience economy – time, attention and money. They will also receive their own signed copy of the new publication.
Experience the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame
In the afternoon, visitors will experience an afternoon trip to the Rock Hall itself and will look at how this famous venue provides an example of the principles outlined in The Experience Economy.
The recently refurbished Rock Hall features “The Garage” exhibit, which allows guests to get a hands-on experience and play some instruments – they can even form a band and make their own music.
