Epic Universe, Universal Orlando’s new theme park, has soft opened to the public ahead of the official launch next month.
Until now, Epic Universe previews have been restricted to Universal Orlando annual passholders, hotel guests and Universal credit card holders.
Now, the general public can purchase a ticket to the theme park and preview it before it officially opens on 22 May.
Previews are available from now through 19 May, with the new park closed to the public on 20 and 21 May for a media event.
Tickets for the preview period are limited, and some experiences may be unavailable as Universal puts the final touches on the park.
Epic Universe is the most ambitious theme park ever created by Universal Destinations & Experiences, showcasing an unmatched level of immersion, innovation and storytelling.

Guests will enjoy incredible rides and attractions, exhilarating entertainment, and themed dining and retail across five worlds, which are:
Celestial Park, the Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic, Super Nintendo World, How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk, and Dark Universe.
Earlier this month, Universal Orlando opened the third and final Epic Universe hotel – the Universal Helios Grand Hotel.
The property includes 500 rooms and overlooks Epic Universe. It even features a dedicated entrance to the new park.
“Epic Universe is a whole new kind of theme park,” Epic Universe executive creative director Steve Tatham said in a recent video.
Comcast recently shared a report detailing the positive economic impact of Universal Orlando and the additional benefit that Epic Universe will have.
Universal’s direct investment in Epic has resulted in $11bn of economic impact across the US, and in its first year of operation, the park is expected to generate $2bn for the state of Florida alone.
