News
Barco webinar

Join Barco on 14 September for a webinar about what’s new for immersive dark ride experiences.

Join us on Tuesday 14 September at 4pm BST | 5pm CEST to hear from Barco, Scallywag Entertainments and Kraftwerk Living Technologies. They will discuss trends and insights for theme parks and immersive dark rides. Register for the webinar here.

New Barco projectors revealed

Richard Marples, Director of Global Sales Enablement and Koen Van Belle, Product Manager Projection, from Barco will be joined by Oliver Cully, CEO and Founder of Scallywag Entertainment and Thomas Gellermann, Head of Special Projects at Kraftwerk Living Technologies.

Together, the panel will explore what the future holds for the theme park industry and what trends we should watch in the coming years.

They will also look at the key aspects that make a ride or attraction a big hit from a design perspective. Barco will also introduce two new Barco projectors with Native 4K resolution, Rec.2020 colours and exceptional serviceability.

The panel will then discuss how the resolution and colour reproduction of a projector in a ride helps make the attraction believable, and why Rec2020 is better than Rec709.
