Health and Fitness Company Beachbody to Award $800, 000 Live at Universal Studios, Hollywood, CA!

WHAT: Eight finalists compete in Beachbody.com’s Million Dollar Body Game grand prize giveaway. Come and meet finalists from all over the country who were chosen out of thousands of qualifiers and ninety-six contenders. One male and one female finalist from four age categories: 18-29, 30-39, 40-49 and 50+ have already qualified for $50, 000, but the two best success stories of the year will be awarded "Mr. and Ms. Million Dollar Body of 2008" and each will take home a $250, 000 Grand Prize for best overall transformation.

WHO: Beachbody CEO Carl Daikeler and President Jon Congdon host gala in front of 750 fitness enthusiasts and Team Beachbody club members. Also attending will be fitness experts Tony Horton (P90X), Shaun T (Hip Hop Abs) and Chalene Johnson (Turbo Jam).

Competing for the $250, 000 will be these 8 finalists:

M 18-29 Dallas Carter from Mililani, Hawaii, lost 190 lbs

W 18-29 Jocelyn Dworakowski from South Haven, Michigan, lost 87 lbs

M 30-39 Thomas Mygrant from Bellevue, Ohio, lost 112 lbs

W 30-39 Kristy McLean from Foothill Ranch, California, lost 90 lbs

M 40-49 Dale Bramall from Citrus Springs, Florida, lost 104 lbs

W 40-49 Audrey Nichelson from Lincoln, Nebraska, lost 50 lbs

M 50+ Bill Schlotman from Evergreen, Colorado, lost 24 lbs

W 50+ Mary Crawford (62 years old) from Woodland, California, lost 28 lbs

Collectively the finalists have lost 685 pounds. Their stories will include how they overcame personal obstacles and lost weight to reach amazing health and fitness results.
