Merlin Entertainments has announced that Anna Domingo has been appointed as General Manager of Madame Tussauds New York.
Domingo’s previous high level roles include Marketing Director at The View from The Shard in London; directing marketing and communications for the observation deck launch at ‘Top of The Rock’ at the Rockefeller Center, as well as The Empire State Building. She has developed particular expertise in creating consumer engagement strategies for attractions and adding experience value through innovative brand partnerships.
In her new role she will be responsible for increasing visitation whilst also maintaining high standards in safety, guest services, presentation and maintenance.
