The first to implement this system was Mirabilandia in 2009. This year it has also been implemented at Parque de Atracciones de Madrid and Movie Park Germany. The objective is to make the park more attractive and improve client satisfaction.

Thanks to VPass the user can book his or her ride on the Park’s attractions without having to wait in line. VPass does it for them! To do so, clients need simply select the attraction they wish to book and the device screen will indicate how long until they can access their chosen attraction. In the meantime, clients can enjoy the rest of the park’s facilities without having to physically wait in line.

Once the waiting time has passed, the VPass will issue an alert to inform clients that their wait is over. The clients then present themselves at the VPass Access zone for the specific attraction chosen and their sole obligation will be to have fun.
