Aquatic Design Group (ADG), a Carlsbad-based aquatic design and consulting firm, has named Joniene Swick to the newly created position of Marketing Coordinator. In her new role, Swick will be responsible for the development of marketing materials, as well as oversight of advertising and public relations.
“With her vast experience in marketing and media relations, and her background in design, Joniene is a perfect fit for our firm, ” said Randy Mendioroz, principal of ADG.
Swick brings over seven years of marketing experience, having held marketing positions for the landscape architecture firms of McCullough Landscape Architecture Inc. and Wimmer Yamada and Caughey.
Swick, an avid member of the Society for Marketing for Professional Services (SMPS), is currently working towards the completion of her CPSM (Certified Professional Services Marketer). She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication from San Diego State University in 2003 and attended Harvard University’s Career Discovery Program, where she earned a Certificate in Landscape Architecture from the Graduate School of Design in 2006.
