Cloward H2O, an expert in aquatic design, is celebrating Seminole Hard Rock Hotel’s recent win at the Aquatics International Dream Designs awards.
Cloward H2O is pleased to announce that a project it worked on, the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood in Florida, has been recognised in this year’s Aquatics International Dream Designs Awards.
The company was the aquatic designer and consultant for this recent project at the iconic guitar-shaped hotel and resort, developing the 13.5-acre pool amenity area, including the Bora Bora Cabana pools, River Pools, Guitar Pool, and the Oasis Tower Suites VIP Pool, as well as a 2.3-acre recreation lake,
Award-winning project
Cloward H2Oworked on the project alongside Klai Juba Wald Architects and EDSA Landscape Architects. The aim of the project was to expand the aquatic amenities available at the resort, adding a multi-feature pool area for adults alongside the existing family-friendly pools.
Guests can now enjoy a range of pools with lounging facilities, entertainment and more. At the main pool, cabanas can be rented and there is a stage for live shows. Meanwhile, the Bora Bora section, connected to the main pool deck with several waterfalls, features fully-equiped bungalows for hire. On the first floor, the VIP pool includes a private sunshelf.
Those looking for a more active break can head to the recreation lake, where they will find a sandy beach as well as space for kayaking, paddle boarding and more.
For the whole project, the company provided engineering designs and construction support for over 3.25 acres, including 5.2 million gallons of recreational water, pools, spas, and water features.
Cloward H2O celebrates its 45th anniversary this year. Over nearly five decades, the company has designed and engineered water quality management systems for world-renowned aquariums and waterparks. During the last 45 years, Cloward H2O has won numerous awards.
