Gateway Ticketing Systems, a leading provider of admission control systems, will be heading to the 2019 WWA Annual Symposium in Orlando, bringing ticketing, new sales channels and referral gifts.

Gateway Ticketing Systems is pleased to announce it will be exhibiting at this year’s World Waterpark Association Annual Symposium, which takes place from the 7th – 10th October at Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida.

“Gateway Ticketing Systems has a vibrant user community within the waterpark space,” says Chad Wallace, Business Solutions Architect with Gateway. “We always look forward to reconnecting with those customers. But we also love meeting with new waterparks, listening to their challenges, discovering their needs, and discussing how we can help increase their attendance and revenue.”

Flexible customer solutions

Delegates at the event will be able to find out more information about the new features in Galaxy, Gateway’s flagship ticketing and admission control software. The company is in the process of developing integrations with Microsoft Active Directory, Apple Wallet and GBG Loqate, in order to help its customers to maintain guest data integrity.

Gateway will also be highlighting its flexible custom ticketing and food & beverage kiosks at the event, which allow operators to improve services for their customers while maintaining data security.

Galaxy Ticketing and Admission Control software gives users a highly-configurable suite of solutions and can be tailored to the needs of individual attractions. It gives businesses the ability to sell tickets both in-person and online, through their webstore and via resellers and third-party options.

Gateway has developed robust functionality for attractions to manage membership accounts, annual pass holders and donors. Galaxy also allows operators to provide targeted upselling opportunities, as well as streamlining bookings for groups, tours and events. It can also be used to bring together ticketing, food & beverage and retail sales, making life easier for businesses.

Enabling smarter business decisions

Gateway has also developed its Reporting Plus and CRM Plus modules. This enables businesses to unify all the transactional data from Galaxy, in the form of accessible and actionable reports. In turn, this allows them to use the data to make fully-informed business and marketing decisions.

The company will also be showcasing Galaxy Connect. This award-winning cloud-based platform can connect attractions with any number of third-party distributors, in order to sell live tickets around the globe.

“To date in 2019, Connect customers have sold over $130 million in tickets and over 1.3 million customers have skipped the redemption line and gotten into their attractions sooner,” says Wallace. “Connect currently works with 44 online travel agencies, with additional OTAs being added each week.”

Gateway is offering their current customers a special gift if they bring a friend and potential new customer to its booth at the event – and their friend gets a gift too. The team will be based on booth #413 where they look forward to meeting current and future customers.

Earlier this year, the company also announced that it will be responsible for the ticketing and admission control systems at The Strong National Museum of Play in Rochester, New York.
