Proslide water attractions make a splash at Golden Ticket Awards

Creator of world-class waterparks attractions, ProSlide, has proved a hit with Amusement Today voters in the Golden Ticket Awards.

The company’s slides scooped the top two spots in two key categories: Best New Water Park Ride and Best Water Ride.

Six Flags Fiesta Texas’ Thunder Rapids Water Coaster won Best New Water Park Ride, closely followed by Universal Volcano Bay’s Krakatau Water Coaster.

Holiday World & Splashin’ Safari’s Wildebeest Water Coaster was awarded Best Water Ride. The same park also made second place with its Mammoth Water Coaster.

ProSlide is a leading creator of some of the world’s most thrilling water coasters. Often the anchor attractions in major parks across the globe, the coasters draw crowds thanks to their sweeping turns, heart-pounding powered inclines and heart-racing dramatic drops.

According to ProSlide, the key to a great ride experience is the innovative technology behind it, driving acceleration and control.

The company has been a pioneer in such technology since it invented the first LIM-powered water coasters over ten years ago.

“This technology drives our boats higher, faster and longer,” says ProSlide. “Unique accelerators result in 100% more capacity. Innovative control systems enable 50% less water and energy use.”

ProSlide provides visionary water park design for new and expanding indoor and outdoor water parks. The company’s collaborative, iterative master planning is based on decades of experience.

These latest Golden Ticket Awards join a string of awards that reflect the company’s continued commitment to innovation.
