Semnox Solutions, provider of technology for the entertainment and amusement industry, and partner Speed POS have worked with Vietnam’s Minera Hot Springs Binh Chau to implement cashless solutions.
Semnox Solutions and Speed POS is pleased to announce it has partnered with Minera Hot Springs Binh Chau to help the resort go 100% cashless. The company has implemented its Parafait Park Management System at the 13-hectare hot springs resort.
As a result, the attraction now benefits from advanced modern technology solutions for its day-to-day operations, including ticketing, automated access control, F&B counter, retail, and locker management, all in one integrated system.

This popular wellness resort harnesses Vietnam’s natural hot springs and guests can enjoy over 30 hot mineral bath services, including swimming pools, hot and cold saunas, and spa treatments.

Semnox’s Parafait Park Management System is a one-stop solution and has allowed the attraction to become the first park in Vietnam to go 100% cashless thanks to the use of wristbands. Guests can use a single wristband for automated access, to purchase treatments and refreshments, and to use lockers, without the need for carrying cash or cards for a more relaxing experience.

Automated access and cashless transactions also minimise the need for physical contact, helping to keep guests safe, as well as making the process faster and easier. It also benefits the venue management team, freeing up staff to focus on customer service and other productive areas.
In addition, the resort can now create attractive combo packages including tickets and F&B to cater to customer needs. It can also use system capabilities like CRM, memberships, promotions and more, to bring in more revenue, maximize efficiency and increase profits.
