Xiomara Wiley

Xiomara Wiley is the chief inclusion officer of Universal Destinations & Experiences, where she leads and drives the company’s culture of inclusion. Wiley is a thought leader and advisor to the senior leadership team. In her role, she works to strengthen the company’s competitive position across key strategic initiatives such as workforce planning, product development and guest experience.

Prior to this role, Wiley held the positions of EVP, sales and marketing for Universal Orlando Resort and EVP, sales and marketing for Universal Studios Hollywood. She has been with the company since 2009.
