accesso Technology Group PLC, a leading technology provider for attractions worldwide, has acquired Dexibit Limited, the sole AI and analytics platform specifically designed for the visitor attractions sector.
Attraction operators generate large amounts of data. When this is stored, it is often disconnected and takes too long to translate into action. As systems, data, and visitor expectations become more complex, the ability to gain insights and act quickly is becoming vital.
With this deal, the company launches accesso Intelligence, a new AI-powered cross-platform capability that aims to help operators make smarter, faster decisions by connecting data across accesso’s own solutions and third-party systems.

Dexibit brings the sector's only cross-vendor intelligence platform. With more than 100 systems and years of aggregated data and benchmarks, this platform enables smarter decision-making through unified data, conversational insights, and forecasting.
It is already serving some of the most renowned cultural and entertainment institutions in the world, including leading aquariums, museums and visitor attractions.
Steve Brown, CEO at accesso, says: "Putting operators first is at the core of what we do by helping them optimize their business, and AI is now becoming an important part of how we deliver on that.
"With Accesso intelligence, we are bringing together data across all the systems they use, including accesso solutions, to create a more complete and connected view of their operation. We are delighted to welcome the Dexibit team to accesso as we deliver on this vision."
"I am incredibly proud that Dexibit is joining accesso, whose unparalleled global reach spans the world’s most iconic attractions,” said Angie Judge, CEO of Dexibit.
“As we got to know the team, it genuinely felt like home. Together, we can build something genuinely transformative for the industry, combining intelligence and execution to help venue operators move faster with insightful decisions in an increasingly complex landscape.
"We can't wait to get started.”
AI-powered intelligence layer
accesso Intelligence will enable operators to close the gap between information and actionable decisions.
By bringing all data together into a single intelligence layer, including ticketing, F&B, retail, operations, weather, visitor reviews, local events and data from third-party and external systems, it will make insight available to all decision-makers through conversational AI.
A manager can ask questions, such as 'Why did last Saturday underperform?', receive a response quickly, and act accordingly.
accesso Intelligence also delivers updates directly to accesso ticketing, virtual queuing, and retail systems, driving action and informed decisions across the business's operations and strategy.
Fundamentally different approach
Attraction operators rarely have the scale or in-house expertise to develop an enterprise-wide analytics capability, and many technology providers are launching AI features within individual products.
However, accesso Intelligence is different. By offering cross-platform capability for all the systems operators rely on, it helps clients optimise their operations by unifying data, decisions, and actions in one place.
Instead of an incremental step, this acquisition signifies a major leap forward and accelerates accesso’s ability to provide these capabilities for its clients.
While accesso will continue to integrate AI into its individual products as they evolve, this acquisition adds an overarching layer of intelligence that strengthens the entire ecosystem.
Last month, accesso announced the expansion of its long-term partnership with Adyen, the international financial technology platform of choice, to integrate embedded payments as a core platform capability throughout the accesso ecosystem.
