Connect&GO’s Dynamic Pricing was developed entirely in-house, shaped hand-in-hand with operators. Unlike third-party add-ons, it is native to our all-in-one attraction management platform. Ticketing, e-commerce, insights, and pricing flow together seamlessly—eliminating silos and creating one clear workflow for teams.

Over 400 hours of structured operator interviews shaped the design and features of the product. These conversations guided everything from guardrails and override mechanisms to transparency in recommendations. The result is a system that reflects real-world operational needs: operators maintain full control, but benefit from advanced predictive capabilities that simplify decision-making.

Algorithm Deep Dive

Our Dynamic Pricing AI is like a smart helper that determines the most optimal price. It looks at two main factors to determine a price:

  • Timing: How early a guest buys their ticket. Someone who books weeks ahead often pays less than someone buying the night before. This is simple, predictable, and easy to explain
  • Volume: How many people are expected to visit on a given day. Here’s where the AI shines. It studies patterns like weather, holidays, past attendance, and recent sales to predict crowd levels up to 14 days ahead. Each day is placed into a “crowd level” bucket—from very quiet to extremely busy. A “busy” day for a small park looks very different than for a large one, and the AI adapts to each park’s reality

Instead of guessing ticket prices, the AI predicts attendance. Operators then set price rules based on those forecasts. This makes the system transparent, easy to understand, and flexible.
