Allison Niedermeier Lee is senior vice president of strategy and head of attractions at Leap Event Technology, where she oversees the growth and strategic direction of the company's attractions business.
She joined Leap in 2025, bringing experience across film and television production, live entertainment and location-based experiences. Lee began her career in film and television, working at Sikelia Productions from 2007 to 2015. During this time, she worked on projects including Martin Scorsese's The Wolf of Wall Street and HBO's Vinyl.
Lee moved into live entertainment, joining Superfly in 2016. She held production and executive producer roles before becoming vice president of production and operations. In 2020, she moved to the same role at Original X Productions, later becoming vice president of international and real estate, and then senior vice president of revenue operations.
At Original X Productions, she helped oversee the international growth of The Friends Experience and Harry Potter: Magic at Play.
At Leap, Lee supports attractions partners with commercial strategy, ticketing, marketing and audience development. In 2026, she helped lead Leap's role as strategic commercial partner for the US debut of The Black Mirror Experience at The Shed in New York, supporting ticketing, marketing and revenue strategy.
She also founded evie Productions, an entertainment production company, in 2024.
