The New Jersey SEA LIFE Aquarium, opening at American Dream in 2020, has started selling tickets for admission. It is scheduled to open in March 2020 as part of American Dream’s fourth chapter.
According to the New Jersey SEA LIFE Aquarium website, ‘First to SEA’ tickets and annual passes will grant visitors access to the preview days in spring 2020.
The website also states that availability is limited. The ‘First to SEA’ ticket starts at $21 and includes access to one preview day at the aquarium.
‘First to Experience’ combo tickets start at $47 and include access to preview days for SEA LIFE and Legoland Discovery Center.
Visitors can now purchase a ‘First to SEA’ ticket
The ‘First to SEA’ annual pass ($69.95) includes access to one preview day at SEA LIFE, 12 months of unlimited entry, and exclusive perks and discounts.
Finally, ‘First to Experience’ annual passes ($129.95) include access to preview days for SEA LIFE and Legoland Discovery Center, 12 months of unlimited entry to both attractions, and exclusive perks and discounts at SEA LIFE and Legoland Discovery Center.
The 25,000-square-foot aquarium will have 250,000 gallons of water and interactive exhibits inspired by New York City’s iconic monuments and landmarks.
Known as ‘the city under the sea’, it will house more than 3,000 creatures with around 75 to 100 different species of fish and invertebrates.
Preview days are scheduled for spring 2020
There will be more than 10 interactive exhibits, with guests meeting the ‘Ballet Dancers of the Ocean’ (seahorses), the ‘Wall Street Wolves’ (piranhas), and the ‘Disco DJs of the Deep’ (jellyfish).
American Dream opened its first chapter in October with the Nickelodeon Universe theme park and The Rink, American Dream’s NHL regulation-sized ice rink.
The second phase was originally set for November 27 with DreamWorks Water Park. However, the opening was postponed, and the new date is still to be confirmed.
American Dream opening attractions in ‘chapters’
Opening as part of the third phase on December 5 is Big SNOW. The fourth phase is set for March 2020 with shopping and dining destinations, the SEA LIFE Aquarium, and Legoland Discovery Center.
SEA LIFE Aquarium will confirm the dates for preview days soon, and will notify visitors via email.
