Area15 in Las Vegas has signed more tenants for its expansion, including a Miniso outlet and the House Rules competitive socialising venue.

The new tenants combine with previously announced venues to total more than 12 new experiences due to open at Area15 in 2026.

“Area15 is designed to surprise people every time they walk through the door,” said Winston Fisher, chief executive officer of Area15.

“With a brand-new mix of new restaurants, retail flagships and breakthrough attractions now signed, we’re continuing to create an entertainment district appealing to families, food lovers, thrill-seekers and culture explorers alike.

"These new additions deepen our reputation as a place where discovery never stops."

Formerly known as Lane Park in Scottsdale, House Rules is a high-energy competitive socialising venue with a full bar, elevated F&B, and interactive games such as ice curling, duckpin bowling, carrom and sapo.
