Peter Oliver
Peter introduced one of the first CRM projects to the industry when Aston Villa FC implemented an integrated CRM and Ticketing system in 2003. He then started his own business Green 4 in 2006, delivering integrated CRM solutions to the likes of The O2 Arena, The Jockey Club and Hollywood Bowl Group. Peter sold his business in 2019 but has stayed within the leisure industry to help digital agency Semantic build a customer experience platform for visitor attractions that is designed for the post-COVID era.
