Taking place from 25–27 January 2027 at the iconic Swarovski Kristallwelten (Swarovski Crystal Worlds) in Wattens, the event is dedicated to exploring the evolving role of brand experience centres and how they connect organisations with their audiences.

As consumer expectations continue to change, brands are increasingly investing in immersive destinations that go beyond traditional marketing. From visitor centres and factory tours to innovation hubs, flagship experiences and corporate museums, these venues offer unique opportunities to build emotional connections, tell compelling stories and strengthen customer loyalty. The Brand Experience Center Conference provides a forum for industry leaders to exchange ideas, discuss emerging trends and showcase successful projects from around the world.

The 2027 programme will feature keynote presentations, panel discussions and case studies covering a wide range of topics relevant to operators, designers, consultants, technology providers and brand owners. Delegates can expect insights into visitor engagement, experience design, storytelling, digital innovation, operational excellence and the future of branded destinations. The event will also explore how organisations can use physical experiences to create meaningful relationships with customers, employees and stakeholders.

Hosted at one of Europe’s most celebrated brand destinations, the conference offers attendees the opportunity to experience Swarovski Kristallwelten firsthand. Since opening in 1995, the attraction has welcomed millions of visitors and has become internationally recognised for its blend of art, creativity and brand storytelling. The venue provides an inspiring backdrop for discussions about the next generation of visitor experiences.

In addition to the conference sessions, attendees will benefit from dedicated networking opportunities, including an opening reception and social events designed to encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing. The carefully curated programme creates opportunities for meaningful conversations between professionals from a variety of sectors, including attractions, museums, cultural institutions, retail, tourism and experiential marketing.

Whether developing a new brand destination, enhancing an existing visitor experience or seeking inspiration from industry peers, delegates will leave the Brand Experience Center Conference 2027 with valuable insights, practical ideas and new connections to help shape the future of brand experiences.
