Arival, an information and insights provider for the in-destination experiences industry, has revealed details of the programme for Arival 360 | Orlando 2023, which takes place from 9 – 12 October.
The conference is expected to be the biggest in Arival’s 2023 calendar, with over 1,000 delegates attending. The event attracts professionals from across the in-destination experiences industry, who visit events such as the Attractions Forum, enjoy networking opportunities, and gain insight into trends, research, and pressing subjects for the sector.
Whilst many details of the event are still under wraps, Arival has revealed some of the highlights that delegates can look forward to.

The Main Stage
Speakers on the main stage will interrogate emerging travel trends, research, and major themes for the in-destination experiences sector – as well as discussing the implications for tour operators, activity providers and attractions.
Douglas Quinby, Arival CEO, will launch the sessions with brand-new and exclusive research into US travellers, and how this insight can benefit the industry.
Following a hugely successful presentation at Arival 360 | Berlin 2023, Marc Mekki will explore the potential of AI for organisations, with actionable advice and expert insight.
Andy Levine of DuVine Cycling + Adventure Co. will also take to the stage. The firm has been named World’s Best Tour Operator an impressive six times by Travel + Leisure. Levine will share his experiences in the industry.
Dan Christian will be speaking on the passion economy. Christian presents the Travel Trends podcast and founded the consultancy Acceleration Team.
Attractions Forum
The attractions forum returns in a refreshed format for Arival 360 | Orlando 2023, with sessions tailored to different sizes of organisations and roundtable seating to encourage conversations.
Amanda Blackman, CSO at AKA, will speak on the future of attractions marketing, and dynamic pricing will be discussed by Judy Gauthier, CCO of Go City. Oliver Brendon, CEO and founder of Attraction Tickets Ltd will give a “contrarian’s take” on distribution.

Breakout Sessions
Delegates can take a wide range of skills training sessions in the breakout sessions and demo labs. Sessions will range from digital marketing to immersive experiences; distribution to HR.
For those wondering about the intricacies of buying and selling a tour business, sessions with Trish Higgins, Chenmark, are available which will cover mergers and acquisitions.
AI will be discussed by Christian Watts, Magpie, who will share AI tools for tour and activity organisations, and Kelsey Tonner, Guest Focus, who will demonstrate how event description pages can be improved using AI.
Specialist forums will be taking place during the conference, including the Culinary Experiences Forum, The PORT Watersport and Boat Operators Forum, and TripSchool’s TripCamp.
