Guests will enjoy activities and games inspired by the TV show

Bluey is coming to Kew Gardens and Wakehurst this spring. Both botanical gardens will be home to interactive experiences inspired by the hit animated TV show.

The upcoming Bluey experience is available at Kew from 29 March until 14 April, and at Wakehurst from 27 March through 14 April.

At Kew, there will be various Bluey-themed outdoor activities and games inspired by fan-favourite episodes of the TV show.

Additionally, guests will get to learn about the plants and wildlife at Kew and in Bluey’s native Australia, and a life-size Bluey character will be available for interactions and photos.

At Wakehurst, there will be Bluey-themed activity zones across the site.

Bluey at Kew is a highlight of this year’s springtime family offer and we’re delighted to bring the hit sensation to life,” said Paul Denton, head of visitor programmes and exhibitions at Kew.

“Visitors can look forward to a unique experience set within Kew’s spring landscape and some of the most picturesque parts of the gardens. Bluey promises to be an exciting adventure that will leave families with cherished memories for a very long time.”

Katie Hibbs, senior marketing manager at BBC Studios Kids & Family (UK & EMEA), said: “We are absolutely thrilled to see Bluey at Kew Gardens and Wakehurst this year.

“Combining nature, fun and play with some of the most memorable moments from Bluey’s adventures on the show, Bluey at Kew is guaranteed to be the perfect day out over the Easter period.”

Bluey is expanding its footprint in the world of location-based entertainment (LBE). An immersive experience inspired by the TV show is coming to Camp in Chicago later this year following a sold-out launch in Los Angeles.

In Brisbane, Australia, a permanent Bluey experience called Bluey’s World is set to open in August 2024.
