Brand Experience Center Conference reveals more details, early bird tickets sell fast

News
Brand Experience Center Conference 2025

The early bird sales period for the first-ever Brand Experience Center Conference, scheduled for 28 – 29 January 2025 at Belgium Beer World in Brussels, closes in one week. According to organiser Bart Dohmen, ticket sales are exceeding expectations:

“From the moment we announced the conference, tickets started flying off the shelves. If this pace continues, we’ll sell out quickly as we have a limited number of seats for this first edition.”

The conference team, alongside an advisory board of brand home managers, has meticulously developed a program tailored to the specific needs and questions of brand experience centres, brand homes, factory tours, and other unique storytelling venues. The program is now finalised, and the team is actively contacting prominent speakers.

Hear from expert speakers

Confirmed participants include Yasmin Turk, head of Montblanc Haus, and Laura Sileo Pavat, global head of brand homes at Pernod Ricard. They will be joined by other distinguished speakers from brands such as Guinness Storehouse, Belgium Beer World, Lego House, Jameson at Bow Street, and Chocoversum.

The conference is not limited to major brands. Smaller companies, such as Conservas Pinhais, a Portuguese sardine manufacturer with a distinctive factory tour and museum, will offer valuable insights into creating a successful brand experience for smaller firms. Moreover, participants will explore the neuroscience behind customer behaviour and discover ways to optimise ticket pricing with Prof. Dr. Kai-Markus Müller.

A significant part of the conference will focus on enhancing the guest experience. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore strategies for managing online guest reviews, listen to former Efteling COO Coen Bertens discuss how to achieve a guest experience rating of 9 or higher and engage in a panel discussion centred on the guest experience.

Additional topics will include innovations and the unique challenges faced during factory tours. The organisation is in the process of finalising a roster of notable speakers for these sessions.

The conference will wrap up with a keynote address from Prof. Perry Hobson, the director of Tourism Studies at Breda University.
