Caitlin Maloney
VP, Creative & Design Studio
Original X Productions
Caitlin Maloney is vice president of the Creative & Design Studio at Original X Productions (OGX), where she leads the creative team and works on new project development. Her responsibilities span concept development, narrative, guest journeys and the creative process through to fabrication.
Before joining OGX, Maloney held several creative and brand roles at Superfly, progressing from creative services coordinator to creative director. She also served as creative director for Campground & Community Experiences at Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival. At Condé Nast, she worked as director and senior director of creative strategy for the travel category. Earlier in her career, she held roles in the photo and art department at SPIN Magazine.
At OGX, Maloney was a leader in the development of Harry Potter: Magic at Play and has supported the creative development of The Friends Experience and The Office Experience. She also worked on Hershey Super Sweet Adventure, an original location-based experience based on brands from The Hershey Company.
One person who nominated Maloney said: "Caitlin’s influence lies in expanding the definition of immersive creative leadership. She demonstrates that the strongest experiences are not built by asking how completely a world can surround an audience, but by asking how meaningfully that audience can participate in it."
