When Friends of Santa Ana Zoo wanted to expand the appeal of their Century Wheel, the Chance Rides team worked closely with them to reimagine the attraction.
By adding a custom Monkey Wheel and integrating a unique thatched roof design, the ride became a one-of-a-kind experience that increased capacity and enhanced the guest experience.
Executive director Cathi Decker says:
"The unique thatched roof Century Wheel by Chance has doubled our ride revenue since its opening in May 2018, therefore bringing in even more money to help the animals! After running numbers on our tram and carousel, we came up with a successful concept called 'Synergy of 3' and added our 50 Monkey Wheel, honoring our heritage.
"We have gone from a half million ride revenue to $1 million in just one year with the new Wheel! Chance was amazing to work with through the process and helped us design the perfect wheel for our zoo!"
