Chance Rides, a leading manufacturer of amusement rides, has announced the appointment of Jayden Wallentine, who joined the company in April 2026 as a sales executive, managing its zoos and aquariums segment.
Wallentine brings a decade of sales expertise to the role and previously earned a bachelor’s in business administration with a marketing minor. He also recently completed an MBA focused on leadership.
Speaking to the Chance Rides team about why he chose to pursue a career in sales, Wallentine says: “I’ve always known I wanted to be in a field where I could build relationships that translate into longevity and help organizations find the best products for their needs.
"I don’t want to sell products just to make a sale. I want organizations to trust me and know that I’m going to take the time to understand their needs and help them find the products that will benefit them the most.”
Building relationships
Soon after starting, Wallentine visited zoos carrying Chance Rides products to familiarise himself with them and network with clients. These visits allowed him to see firsthand how the company's products are used in zoos and aquariums and helped him start building relationships with future colleagues.
Wallentine considers relationship-building a key aspect of his role at Chance Rides. With a background in sales and training in business and leadership, he will further explore the attractions industry and help zoos and aquariums find products tailored to their specific requirements.
As Wallentine continues to grow into his new role, he says that he is excited about the opportunity to work with organisations across the industry and build lasting relationships with clients.
"We are excited to have him as part of the Chance Rides team and look forward to seeing what he brings to our Zoos and Aquariums segment," adds Chance Rides.
Recently, Chance Rides launched the electric Utility eTRAM, an all-electric vehicle designed to help maintenance, housekeeping, and facilities teams move efficiently and reduce environmental impact.
