L-ISA
L-ISA technology allows artists and attractions to deliver multidimensional sound experiences for both live and recorded productions. It is Immersive Hyperreal Sound – an ecosystem of audio tools that provide a natural and vivid experience for the listener.
This technology is immersive, surrounding the listener with the perception of audio from all directions that heightens their emotions.
Projects
L-Acoustics has worked with Puy du Fou to mark its 45th anniversary with the La Nuit des Feux Follets firework festival. Using the K Series system from L-Acoustics, the sound of the show rose above the sound of the fireworks to the 14,000 spectators who were seated over 23 hectares of La Cinéscénie stage.
The audio for the show was a pre-recorded playback composed of music and speech that was choreographed to the fireworks. There were also live performances during the celebration. The L-Acoustics team installed three audio players.
The company also provided its L-ISA Immersive Hyperreal Sound technology to the Chasseurs de Tornades attraction at Futoroscope. This attraction features the largest circular LED screen in Europe. The audio follows the movement of the buggy.
L-Acoustics was named one of the Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies of 2023.
