DIVR Labs, a leading designer of virtual worlds and free-roam 4D VR arenas, will present the world’s first entirely self-service free-roam VR attraction, InstaVR Arena, to the US at Amusement Expo International 2026.
The annual trade show promoting the amusement and family entertainment sector is taking place at the Las Vegas Convention Center from 18 to 19 March. The InstaVR Arena will make its US debut at booth #1412.

Tomas Neubauer, head of business growth, says: "VR in amusement locations has had so much promise - and we are long-time true believers - but for too many operators it presents so many operational problems.
"We are excited to present InstaVR to address some of the operators’ most frequent concerns and pain points."
Meeting the needs of American operators
As an entirely unattended, plug-and-play system, the free-roam InstaVR Arena offers operators scalable, high ROI potential without high staffing costs.
To best serve American operators, DIVR Labs has appointed David Torres as head of US sales. Formerly of Hologate and Zero Latency, Torres is based in the US and brings extensive expertise in VR sales.
Torres says: "InstaVR Arena is an evolutionary step forward for free-roam VR. With InstaVR Arena’s turnkey solution and a library of great games, you can operate withoutan attendant to maximize profitability in a minimal space."
Although the design of InstaVR is suitable for DIY setup, additional installation and support services will be provided by distributor Rabbit Hole VR, based in Nashville, Tennessee, with parts support from VR Expert, a leading supplier of American VR and AR hardware since 2012.
Other key features of the InstaVR Arena include a compact footprint of 323 square feet, throughput of up to 24 players per hour, and Pico 4 Ultra headsets.

The system also offers self-service credit card or RFID payments, as well as a security camera and display, integrated cleaning and automated VR headset drawers.
Ten InstaVR locations are presently operating worldwide, and can be found in a wide variety of venues including FECs, karting centres, a mall, a Zero Latency site, and an adult entertainment centre.
In July 2025, the first location launched at the Czech Republic's largest indoor amusement park. This was followed by two further Czech locations and venues in the UK, France, Belgium, Denmark, the Netherlands, and Switzerland.
Furthermore, another six InstaVR Arenas have sold for venues in Kuwait, Scotland, and Moldova.
Six games are currently available, with three more set to launch in the next year. Games are suitable for players aged 7 and up, with configurations of three to six players and a 10-minute gameplay.
Last September, DIVR Labs brought InstaVR Arena to IAAPA Expo Europe 2025 in Barcelona following its successful installation at Majaland Prague.
